Our streaming media hosting allows your website to broadcast audio (webcasting) to your users over everyday internet links in homes and businesses, ADSL, Cable or Dial up connections. Audio streaming could be relaying a live continuous audio feed such as FM Radio or Internet Radio or it could be a one off event such as a Church Service or a Music Concert.
Audio Streaming does not mean that you have to have a live event to broadcast you could also have a 10 minute or 4 hour archive audio file which you would like people to listen to on demand. We can upload the file and you can let your customers listen when they want 24 hours a day and even skip and search the content much the same as you can with a CD or audio cassette.
There are no downloads requited and all audio is instantly available, it reduces the long waits normally associated with the internet and downloading content by streaming the best quality available to each user's internet connection. |
